1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpaceBox ("Service", "we", "our", "us") at https://spacebox.website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpaceBox is a Gmail storage management application that connects to your Google account via official OAuth 2.0, analyzes email metadata to identify storage waste, and — with your explicit confirmation — deletes or moves identified emails to Gmail Trash. SpaceBox does not read, store, or process email body content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SpaceBox. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4. Account Registration

You register by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@spacebox.website of any unauthorized use.

Payments are processed by Stripe. For the Auto Clean plan, your card is charged monthly on the anniversary date of your subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refunds

SpaceBox offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@spacebox.website for a full refund, no questions asked.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Overload or disrupt the Service's infrastructure (e.g. automated abuse)
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Data Deletion — Important Notice

Smart Clean and Auto Clean plans move emails to Gmail Trash, where they remain recoverable for 30 days before Google permanently removes them. SpaceBox is not responsible for emails permanently deleted by Google after this period.

You are solely responsible for reviewing the list of emails to be removed before authorizing any cleanup action. SpaceBox provides reasonable safeguards (protecting starred emails, important contacts, receipts, and invoices) but makes no warranty that every email you wish to keep will be automatically preserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPACEBOX AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and materials on the SpaceBox website are the property of SpaceBox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

SpaceBox integrates with Google (authentication & Gmail API), Stripe (payments), and other third-party providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. SpaceBox is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

SpaceBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. "Gmail" and "Google" are trademarks of Google LLC.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
